Jamaica 2009 Info Finally!


Hey everybody, if you are viewing this page, you likely already know Tracey and I cooked up a plan to go to Jamaica in late June 09 to celebrate her 40th and the upcoming or past 40th's of everyone we know. Being 40, or over is not a requirement or a request, in fact we could certainly use some younger blood! I myself will still be in my 30's when we go, so I'll be hanging with the young folks.

We're planning on going to ROSE HALL RESORT & COUNTRY CLUB in Montego Bay.


Here is the details and pricing we've gotten from Liberty Travel. We should really get some competitive quotes as well. We'll look into that, but if anyone knows a travel agent, by all means go for it. The airfare is fluctuating constantly so that seems to be the one thing that will likely go up the longer we wait to book it.

Depart NY: June 26 JFK 7:45am, arrive Jamaica 10:35am

Depart Jamaica: July 3 Jamaica 5:15pm, arrive JFK 9:55pm

Airfare as of September 04, 2008 - $507.69 per person

All inclusive Rates per person, including round trip transfers to and from the hotel:

Resort View - Adults $1125, Children 4-17 $510, 0-3 $21

Mountain/Tropical View - Adults $1257, Children 4-17 $510, 0-3 $21

Partial Ocean View - Adults $1366, Children 4-17 $510, 0-3 $21

If we get a group of 10 or more rooms booked we will get an additional 5% discount on the resort fees.

In order to confirm this reservation, the air must be purchased, and a $50 per person deposit on the hotel is required. If you wish to purchase Trip Insurance, the cost is $49 per child and $79 per adult, which is paid at time of deposit (per-existing waiver is $9 per person). Final payment is not due until May 26, 2009.
